Using this site

The information on this site is general. It is not legal advice, and it is not a determination of what any regulation requires of you. Prices and service descriptions can change; the price shown when you buy is the price you pay.

The site, its text, and its design belong to Red Tiger Security. Photographs are credited on each page and used under their own licenses. Water system data comes from the EPA's public records.

What you are buying

A set-price assessment buys the work described on the page where you bought it, for the water system you chose, at the price shown for its size. It ends with the document described there. Fixes, ongoing coverage, and anything else are quoted separately and only happen if you agree to them in writing.

Your authority, and access

By buying, you confirm that you are authorized to engage us to assess the systems involved, or that you have the approval of whoever is. You agree to give us the access, contacts, and information the work needs, and to tell us about anything at the plant we should know before we start.

How we work on your systems

We work remotely by default and plant-safe. We do not run active scans against live control systems, and we do not change a running process. Your staff, or a provider you choose, stay in control of the plant at all times. If we would need to be on site, we tell you and quote it before you agree.

Confidentiality

What we learn about your plant, networks, and control systems is confidential. We use it only to do the work, share it only with the people doing it (including a certified partner, if one is working with you), and protect it with care appropriate to its sensitivity. Our report is yours to use and share as you choose.

Payment

Card payments are taken at purchase. Invoices are due within 30 days unless your purchase order says otherwise.

No refunds

Fees are not refundable once paid. If you need to move your sessions, we will reschedule. If we decline the work or cannot deliver it, we refund what you paid.

What we do not promise

An assessment finds and explains risk. It cannot guarantee that an incident will not happen, and it is not a regulatory certification or approval. Whether you meet a rule is decided by the agency that enforces it.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
