What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you give us. When you fill in a form, we collect what you type: usually your organization, and a phone number or email. Some forms also ask for your name, role, or a message. When you buy, we collect your water system, the package you chose, and your billing contact.

Payment details. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store it.

What your browser sends. Like most sites, we receive the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and your IP address. We use the IP address only to check that a form was sent by a person and not a bot.

Public records. The water system details on this site, such as names, populations, and AWIA status, come from the EPA's public Safe Drinking Water Information System. They are not personal information.

How we use it

To reply to you, to deliver and invoice the work you buy, to schedule sessions, and to follow up about work you have asked about. We may also send you occasional email about deadlines and services that apply to your system or facility. Every email has a way to stop them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of the site for us, and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (hosting and bot checks), Stripe (payments), and Attio (our customer records).

A certified local partner, if one covers your area and you ask to work with them, or if your request is routed to the partner who covers your territory. Partners are bound to use it only to serve you.

When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud, and Cloudflare may set a cookie as part of its bot check.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact or working together, and afterwards as long as we need it for records, taxes, and contracts. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email help@redtigersecurity.com. We do not discriminate against anyone for making a request.

Assessment data

Information about your plant, networks, and control systems that you share during an engagement is not covered by this page. It is handled under the confidentiality terms of your engagement and our terms of sale.

Children

This site is for businesses and public agencies. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. Questions go to help@redtigersecurity.com.
